Women Holding Hands

"Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all."

- Erik Erikson

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a powerful way to learn about ourselves and our relationships with others.  We use our group to discover how anxiety, depression and relationship issues are triggered. Within the safety of the group space, members have the opportunity to see themselves with compassion and curiosity, to receive feedback on how their behavior impacts others, try on new ways of being, enhance their communication, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

Groups meet weekly, providing one another with support, and sharing experiences, personal insight, joys and concerns.  In groups, members are known, their frustrations and goals matter, and their successes are celebrated as they overcome personal obstacles.  The process of being with others weekly in this way allows members to increase their compassion for themselves and for others.

Group therapy can be more affordable than individual therapy, while offering tremendous growth, often in ways that complement individual therapy.
