I work with a range of issues, including depression, grief, anxiety, attachment and relationship
struggles. I practice an integrative approach that melds several cutting edge therapies. The therapy models I work with are supported by research from affective neuroscience, attachment theory, and somatic therapy, which all demonstrate that we are hard wired for connection and change. Individual therapy offers a secure, therapeutic relationship that is built on trust and empathy.
You bring you, and I'll bring me.
Group therapy is a powerful way to learn about ourselves and our relationships with others. In the changing and dynamic context of group interactions, members have the opportunity to see themselves with compassion and curiosity, to receive feedback on how their behavior impacts others, try on new ways of being, enhance their communication, and connect with others in a meaningful way.
Couples therapy allows one of the most impactful relationships in our lives to become the vehicle for healing. In therapy, we focus on enhancing connection, deepening intimacy, restoring trust, neutralizing vicious communication cycles, navigating differing needs, and working through conflict. As we do this within our relationship, we heal as individuals.
